Product Care 

To ensure the longevity of your jewelry, we advise against submerging it in water or wearing it while swimming or showering.

For sterling silver pieces, each purchase includes a sterling silver jewelry cloth. While sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time, storing it in the provided box can help slow down this process.

Plated jewelry should avoid contact with colognes or perfumes, as well as moisturizers. We recommend allowing moisturizers to fully absorb into the skin before wearing plated pieces to prevent any potential reactions that could cause discoloration or fading.

 

Shipping 

All orders are shipped via USPS from Phoenix, AZ and ship within 5-7 business days.

A flat rate shipping fee of $5 applies to all orders. Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders totaling $100 or more.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Returns/Exchanges 

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn and returned in its original packaging. A $7.00 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
